I never leave reviews but I truly had the best afternoon here this weekend. My 2 friends and I stopped by the shop on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to find no wait. We were helped immediately by Mia, Otso, and Claire, and they were just the best. We spent almost 2 hours picking our scents and I have never had so much fun smelling every single scent and chatting with them. They made us feel so welcome and were so knowledgeable about the different scents and mixing them to make our own custom scents. Everything was very reasonably priced for the amount of time we spent there and the quality of the perfume. I love my final product and I will definitely be back!! Thank you for such a fun experience <3

We stopped here on a whim one afternoon. It was an amazing experience. Me and my friend are always looking for peppermint forward fragrances. We were able to make an absolutely wonderful blend that wears lovely. We opted for the small oil size. It was reasonably priced for the size and quality. They keep your creation on file so you can stop back and buy more when you’re out. We are already planning to stop back to buy more because we never want to run out because we love it so much. We are also planning to make custom scents for gifts for family.

I visited Claire and Otso (forgive me if I misspelled!) yesterday. I felt like I had been called into an adventure when I walked into the Fragrance Shop. It was such a wonderful experience. Claire coached me on how perfumes are made and the time frame for their wear. She truly offered me an opportunity to trust myself and develop a combination that smells like a representation of me (thanks to Otso for confirming!). Claire shared her amazing journey with me and her love for perfume and the complex nature of its creation. This is her passion and her shop is a gift. They've gained another long-term customer. I had such an incredible experience creating my custom scent with Otso. I came with my boyfriend and we got to spend time smelling different scents (first apart, then together). Otso was so kind and SO helpful in helping create my perfume! I had so much fun and am so happy with my custom perfume!

This is the first google review I’ve ever left for a place, and it was phenomenal. Owner is very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful when making your own scent. Great experience and the prices are reasonable too, will be visiting again!

Claire has deep knowledge and passion in the science of scents. Along with a lecture, she guided me through the process of perfume creation. I’m very happy with the process and the outcome. Time here flies by quick, I spent 1.5 hours without noticing.

I’m in love with this shop 😍 never going back to pre-made/commercial perfume. I found my signature scent that I’ve been looking for with the help of the wonderful Mia who was so patient, friendly, and informative. I never felt pressured or upsold, she took plenty of time with me to craft my perfect scent. The store itself is so charming and cozy, and the pricing is reasonable for the customization. Can’t wait to come back and make scents for every mood and season here!

I went with a friend earlier today to check out this shop. I ended up picking out my own custom perfume and had such a fun time! Claire is wonderful and very knowledgeable - I learned so much about perfumes in just one visit. Highly recommend!
